"Marina Palace Estate", a residential area consisting of 80 houses, is situated in Mojacar, (Almería),(Spain). Standing on the Mojacar beaches between Garrucha and Mojacar, it has
become the area´s best known landmark due, not only to the distinctive design of its 8 turrets, all enjoying sea-views, but also thanks to its excellent reputation and its quality surroundings.

The esthetic design of the 8 turrets
was inspired by the 19th Century Pa-
lace standing at 150 m. from the
complex, now privately owned and
undergoing repairs, it once belonged
to the Chavarri family known for their
conection with the region´s once
flourishing mining industry.

Building regulations established by local authorities prevent any
structure being built in front of the complex. As the photograph
shows, all that stands between the store an the
complex are green areas

The height restrictions im-
posed in this and surroun-
ding areas, the natural spa-
ces of some 100 metres in
width, along with sea-views
from every house together
with the magnificent quality
of the building and the per-
manent spring enjoyed in
Almeria all contribute to ma-
ke Marina Palace Estate
an authentic paradise to
relax in and enjoy the holy-
days.
